Camera Time

I’ve had a lot of people asking me if I have a lot of cameras, what type I use and which I prefer. To be honest I use a variety of cameras ranging from a mobile phone camera to a DSLR camera (digital single-lens reflex camera). I have eight cameras currently and enjoy collecting them as well as taking photos with them.

My favourite camera is my Canon EOS 1000D DSLR Camera. I love it so much, although it’s a little bigger than my other cameras the amount it can do is amazing. It has an 18-55mm EFS Lens, a built in flash, LCD screen, AV and WB modes, multi-shot, colour enhancer, lens eye viewer, zoom enhances, sharpener tool, ISO, people mode (faces), movement capture, landscape mode and much more. I have always wanted one like this and am so happy with the quality of the photos, I cannot wait to use this more in the future. (Think I’m going to need a bigger bag!)

My next favourite has to be my Canon power shot; it has 18 times optical zoom which enhances an image by around 72 times. This makes for a great picture when you’re close to an image, but need to get that little bit extra details, this zoom really comes in handy. It has a cropping tool, a multi-shot function, a colour enhancer, 4.5 to 81.0mm lens and fits in your handbag (bonus).

My cameras are a mix of Canon, Lumix, Panasonic, Fujifilm and many more. I am forever looking at old cameras where you can still have a film developed, but love the newer models of cameras as well. I know that in the future I will have a whole shelf full of cameras ready to use at any time, all different, styles, colours and models. It’s very exciting; I cannot wait to continue creating photos for you all to see.I have had a range of experience with different cameras and I have found that my favourite has to be a DSLR one, I think overall this is a better shooting camera, and not only because of the colour aspect or different picture modes, but because it can do so much more. I still enjoy using cameras of all kinds and even mobile phones as they are all different. It also depends on where i'm going as to what camera I take. If it's a quick outing I usually just keep my phone with me. If it's a longer day out or I know i'm on a holiday etc, I will take one or more. Including my DSLR camera.
